ASSOCIATION SYNERGIE FRANCE-MEXIQUE
ASFRAM is a platform that aims to bring together, in a single community, professionals who wish to share their experiences, knowledge and contacts for the development of projects in various fields.
The Association Synergie France Mexique (ASFRAM) is a structure formed by Mexican professionals residing in France, gathered to promote cultural, artistic, academic, scientific, technological and innovation development between France, Mexico and, more generally, Europe. Likewise, ASFRAM's ambition is to contribute to Mexico's positioning abroad and its growth by promoting the transfer of knowledge, entrepreneurship and the creation of a community of innovation and collaboration.
We are members of the Global Network of Mexicans Abroad.

Karla Monzalvo began her research career in France (ENS, UPMC - Paris 6, CEA Saclay / Inserm) after having worked as a pediatrician and supervising physician in child public health in Mexico and having received training in maternal and child care in Japan (2003). He is dedicated to spreading what science brings to the teaching-learning throughout life process.
Professional in international cooperation, artistic engineering and cultural project management. He has more than 18 years of experience and has collaborated in projects in Mexico, France, Spain and the United States.
She is co-founder and general director of the Mexican cultural promotion structure InC France-Mexique, of the festival "Viva México, encuentros cinematográficos" and of the artistic work office La Grua, ingénierie culturelle.
Beatriz Rosas Guardian is a teacher at the Ministry of National Education and has a Master's degree in Education and Training from the University of Paris VIII, and teaches at the Lycée Notre-Dame de la Providence in Paris, Vincennes. As a member of ASFRAM, she seeks to create links between the different educational and cultural actors to make culture a major axis in the learning of young students, future French citizens.
Professor at the University of Paris Est Créteil and Director of the Research Unit "Croissance, régénération et réparation des tissus" in France. Pioneer of the concept of "matrix therapy" in regenerative medicine, currently in clinical practice, She is at the origin of a completely new vision of Alzheimer's disease and of new diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities for neurodegenerative diseases.
The work of this composer and film director stands out for its narrative discourse, interest in social problems and the use of his production to disseminate proposals for their solution. He is a graduate of UNAM; in the city of Paris in the Superior School of Cinematographic Studies, the UPEM and the Conservatory of that city. His works have been performed in America, Asia and Europe.

She is currently Director of the National Collection of Cultures of Microorganisms (CNCM) of the Pasteur Institute in Paris, France.

She is currently a researcher at the Centre for International Studies on Intellectual Property (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg (France).
Responsible for the course of Communication Strategy and Community Management at the University of Paris-Est Marne la Vallée. She has advised several scientific research centres in France (IFSTTAR, IGN, MENESR), start-ups and spin-offs of the French research community who have come to her to promote their development in the financial and economic world.

She has a PhD in science from the Institut Pasteur and international experience in academic R&D research. She has been active in the field of EC and French project management for the last 10 years, working on stem cell research and regenerative medicine projects, within this framework, she is responsible for projects of LABEX Revive, (Investments for the Future) coordinated by the Institut Pasteur.
The functioning of ASFRAM is based on the development of collective projects. The actions of the members are coordinated by an interdisciplinary and transversal Board of Directors. This council is made up of a President, a Secretary-General, a Treasurer, the Animators of the Poles, and the Academic and International Relations Coordinator.

His Excellency, Juan Manuel Gómez Robledo Verduzco, Ambassador of Mexico to the French Republic, presented us with the certificate issued by the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME) that accredits us as the Paris Chapter of the Global Network. We would also like to thank His Excellency Federico Salas Lofte, Ambassador of Mexico to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Minister Edgar Cubero, Consul of Mexico in Paris, Beatriz Hernández, Responsible for Scientific, Technical and University Cooperation, and all the members and attendees for having participated in the ceremony.
We are delighted and motivated to continue working in the Network for the good of Mexico.
With the title "Mexican talent and its global environment", the objective of this meeting was to generate a meeting between European and Mexican actors in the professional, academic and business spheres - in the context of the work and mission of the Global Mx Network, to publicize the work that the European Region of the Global Mx Network has been carrying out and, in this way, to increase the synergies that allow the creation of development projects and high added value.
Likewise, within the framework of the inauguration of the Casa de México in Spain, this meeting pursued the promotion of the good image of Mexico through its highly qualified diaspora based in Europe, allowing to support the objectives that the Embassy of Mexico in Spain has established to strengthen bilateral relations in the areas of Science, Technology and Innovation, Education and Business.
